Our office is right past Axis Fit Gym on the right. Right in front of the storage units.

All applicants must complete their own credit application. These applications must be filled out completely.

An additional background check is required for any dependent 18 or older and they are an additional $12 each.

A credit score of 650 or higher is required.

Lease terms are 12 months.

Pets are allowed with some restrictions.

There is a 40lb weight limit. Large breeds over 40lbs with a maximum weight limit of 70lbs will require a monthly rent of $50 per pet.

We do not allow: Dobermans, Rottweilers, or Pit Bulls.

Pet deposits start at $750 for the 1st pet, $150 for each additional pet with a 3 pet maximum.

All units come with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. All units have hook ups for a washer and dryer.

The fireplace and hot water heater run on natural gas.

All lawn care is included in the rent.

All other utilities are the tenants responsibility.
